Salesforce / Platform engineering

Better connections. Less complexity.

Enterprise systems need to talk to one another. The harder part is making those connections consistent, maintainable and straightforward for the teams that depend on them.

01 / The challenge

Where the work began.

Different Salesforce organisations needed to exchange critical business data. Building every connection separately created repeated work and made setup, support and ongoing change harder to manage.

02 / My approach

From the problem to the platform.

I led the design and development of a Salesforce-to-Salesforce integration framework built around Change Data Capture and reusable platform components.

I packaged the framework as unlocked packages and worked with teams adopting it across business units. The work extended beyond core architecture into releases, operational monitoring and support.

I also led a point-and-click setup tool to make configuration more approachable and reduce the manual steps involved in getting a new integration running.

03 / The result

What the work made possible.

The framework gave teams a shared foundation for cross-org integration. Reusable packages and a guided setup reduced repeated implementation work and made adoption easier to support.
