Where the work began.
Trading and supply workflows involved live fuel prices, calculations, surcharges and deal booking, alongside data from systems such as SAP and Zema. Compliance processes brought a separate need to handle sensitive information carefully.
02 / My approach
From the problem to the platform.
I worked on the implementation and enhancement of the pricing engine and deal booking application, connecting Salesforce workflows with real-time data from other systems.
My work also included compliance case management and the use of RMail and Shield Platform Encryption to protect sensitive case data.
For due diligence, I built a KYC application that brought information from multiple verification providers into a unified view.

What the work made possible.
These applications brought information and actions into more connected workflows: from viewing prices and booking deals to reviewing due diligence information and managing compliance cases.
